At some point in our lives, we all run in into things that we can't handle on our own. Drug use (including alcohol) and mental health are issues that many young people will face at some stage. So what should you do if you think you need help with drug use or mental health? The first thing to do is think about what your concerns are about your health. Do you want information or counseling? Do you need help to stop using a drug? There is a wide variety of help available - what you get depends on what is happening and how quickly you need help.
